Pawgamer's Hamburger Patty Recipe

HEY! do you like hamburgers? have you ever thought they're not healthy enough? WELL I GOT THE RECIPE FOR YOU!

  1. The stuff you need.
  2. Step 1
  3. Step 2
  4. Step 3

To Make a Healthy Good Patty, You will need:

  1. 1kg of ground beef OR 0.5kg of ground beef
  2. (1kg of beef) A meduim-sized bell pepper, 1 medium-sized carrot and an meduim-sized onion. (for 0.5kg of beef, get) A meduim-sized bell pepper, 1 small carrot and an medium-small onion.
  3. Ketchup and mustard.
  4. Black pepper and salt.
  5. 1 egg (2 eggs if you chose 1kg of ground beef
  6. Bread crumbs

I know, I know, eggs and vegetables might sound weird for a burger, but it will all click-in once you bite the final result. (i hope you like it!)

The Steps

Step 1: Cut the bell pepper into small pieces (But if your'e doing half a kilogram of beef, cut the bell pepper in half first and only cut one half the bell pepper and don't use the other half.), skin and cut the carrot, then cut the onion. Next, you must need a blender to make those pieces even smaller but for like 10 to 15 seconds. Once they're done, put them in a big bowl.

Step 2: Grab that ground beef, and put in the big bowl with the chopped vegetables. Next, Mix the meat and vegetables together with your hands, a meat mallet, or a big wooden spoon! while mixing, crack your egg(s) and drop the yolk(s) inside the bowl. Mix it again.

Step 3: once your'e done mixing it up, add a little less than a lot of ketchup, add even less mustard, and mix it up. once your'e done, sprinkle some salt, black pepper, a pinch of cumin and a half-teaspoon of garlic powder. once your'e done mixing all that up, add a lot of bread crumbs to make it more solid so it's easier for eating. Once that all done, YOUR'E FINISHED!!! YIPPEEE!!! Anyway, grab the meat with your hands and shape it into a patty then cook it! you can cook it any way you want, so enjoy!
